Not every vacation looks the same — sometimes it’s just you, sunshine, and a good book. Sometimes it’s two families and a houseful of kids building sandcastle memories together. Across our 18 units on 1st Street, we’ve got a layout for both, and everything in between. All units include full use of our heated pool, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach wagons for the walk down to the sand.

Our biggest units, upstairs with a large private balcony overlooking the neighborhood — perfect for two families vacationing together, a multi-generational trip, or a big group that wants to be under one roof instead of splitting into separate rentals. Sleeping 8–10 comfortably, this is the layout for building the kind of memories that get talked about for years.

Need to host something bigger than a family trip? Across all 17 units, we can accommodate large groups of 50 or more — corporate retreats, golf or athletic tournaments, family reunions, or any gathering where you want everyone under one roof (or one property) instead of scattered across town. With golf courses nearby for tournament play and a heated pool and shared grilling space to bring the group together at the end of the day, we can coordinate accommodations for the whole party in one booking.
